Day 21 – January 21, 2012

It’s what’s for dinner. I channeled my favorite little cafe tonight and made Cuban burgers. They are one of those things that goes against everything I would consider healthy. But, ahhhh, they are so delicious. Layered on a hamburger bun – swiss (or provolone) cheese,  a well seasoned grilled hamburger, ham, more cheese, pickles, garlic aioli and dijon mustard. Wrap in aluminum foil, place back on the hot grill and place a brick on top to press the sandwich. Mmmmmm….. yummy! All it needs is a little green mojo sauce from that cafe…..
